Before departing from Santiago, visit the historical city center to see the Presidential Palace and other significant sights. Continue to Viña del Mar, passing through the beach resort of Reñaca. In Viña del Mar see the flower clock and other points of interest. Then, visit Valparaiso, with its picturesque hills, before being dropped off at your cruise ship pier or other location.
Walk through Padre Hurtado, President Ibáñez, and Angelmó markets. Observe the products and interact with the friendly local people. Also visit the square and cathedral. There is an opportunity for a traditional lunch (at your own expense). All transportation by private coach.
Explore the town of Frutillar, with its strong German influence, on the shore of Llanquihue Lake; visit Puerto Varas, also on the lake, with views of Orsono and Calbuco Volcanoes; enjoy the sights of Puerto Montt, including the famous Angelmo Market and the Handicrafts Village.
